Questions

Before you apply

Can I get monthly or three-month licences?No. Reseller licences are yearly only. Your customers can still buy shorter plans themselves on this site, at the public price.

Is there a minimum order?The smallest pack is five licences. Bigger packs cost less per licence. The full price list is on your partner page once you are accepted, and it is the same for every reseller.

How do I activate a customer?On your partner page, type the MAC address and device key shown in the app's Settings screen and press Activate. One credit is used and the licence goes live on that device at once.

Do you provide channels?No. Smart Queen is a player. You or your customers supply the playlist; the licence unlocks the app, not any content.

Can one licence be used on two devices?No. One licence, one device, for you as for everyone. A replacement box gets the licence moved across, free.

How do I pay?By PayPal, or by debit or credit card without a PayPal account, on your partner page, pack by pack. Credits appear the moment the payment is confirmed. Nothing is charged for applying.
