Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026 · Written in English. This is the authoritative version — the language switcher above changes the menus around it, not this text.
The short version
- Buying a licence gives one device access to the app itself. It does not include or come with any TV channels, streams, or content of any kind — you bring your own playlist.
- Starter, Prime, Royal and Forever are one-time payments. Nothing renews or charges again unless you turn auto-renew on yourself.
- With auto-renew on, we charge the same plan again automatically when it runs out, until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges — it doesn't refund the time you've already paid for.
- A licence is tied to one device. If yours breaks or you replace it, we move the licence across — you don't buy a second one.
- Refunds are considered case by case — email us. There's no automatic refund button and no fixed refund window promised.
- Reselling a licence, sharing its key, or abusing the service can get a device banned.
What this app is
These terms cover the television apps: Android TV, Samsung and LG. The phone and tablet app is a different program with its own terms — use the button above to read them.
IPTV Smart Queen is media player software. It plays a playlist you already have — it contains no channels, no streams and no content of any kind, and it is not affiliated with any broadcaster or content provider. What you play through it, and your right to play it, is yours to arrange. By using the app or buying a licence through this website (smartqueenlabs.com), you agree to these terms.
These terms are between you and Smart Queen Labs, which operates worldwide. Contact: squeenlabs@gmail.com.
Your licence
A licence is tied to one device, identified by the address and key our server gives it the first time the app starts. A new device gets a free trial automatically — up to three new devices per internet connection per day; buying a plan extends access from there. A licence lets that one device run the app without the trial limit — it is not a subscription to any content, and we have no involvement in, and no responsibility for, whatever playlist you point the app at.
Three television apps, one set of terms
These terms cover every television version of the app. Where they differ, this is how:
| App | Where you get it | Free period | How you pay | What a licence covers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Android TV box / smart TV | The download page here, installed by you | 10-day trial, everything on | A plan on this website, through PayPal, or a reseller | One device, for the plan's period |
| Samsung smart TV (in development) | Not yet available | 10-day trial when released | A plan on this website, through PayPal, or a reseller | One set, for the plan's period |
| LG smart TV (in development) | Not yet available | 10-day trial when released | A plan on this website, through PayPal, or a reseller | One set, for the plan's period |
The Android TV app is licensed for television boxes, sticks and Android-powered sets. It is not licensed for a phone or tablet — the separate phone app exists for that — and a device that presents itself as a phone or tablet may be refused access on that basis. A licence bought on this website does not apply to the phone app, which has its own terms.
Buying a licence
Starter, Prime, Royal and Forever are shown and charged in US dollars, paid through PayPal — by a PayPal account, by debit or credit card without one, or by Google Pay through PayPal's checkout. Access starts as soon as PayPal confirms the payment — normally within seconds, automatically, with nothing further for you to do. We never see or store your card or PayPal password; that stays between you and PayPal. These plans apply to the television apps only; the phone app is sold through Google Play under its own terms.
Auto-renewal
Starter, Prime and Royal can optionally auto-renew — Forever is a one-time payment that never recurs: it covers the device it is activated on for as long as that device lives, and moves to a replacement device on request (see "Changed your device?"). Turning auto-renew on means we charge the same plan again automatically, at the same price, each time it runs out, until you cancel. You approve this directly with PayPal when you turn it on; we never charge anything PayPal hasn't itself approved.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your device page. Cancelling only stops future charges — you keep whatever access you've already paid for until it runs out on its own, and we don't refund the unused portion of a period that's already been charged.
You can also cancel it in your own PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments).
Refunds
We don't promise a fixed refund window. If something's gone wrong — a mistaken purchase, a technical fault, anything else — email us and we'll look at it case by case. There's no automatic self-serve refund on this site.
A licence bought from a reseller is refunded, if at all, by that reseller under their own terms — they set their own price and sell under their own name.
Resellers
If you sell Smart Queen licences to your own customers, you do so under your own name and at your own price, on the terms in the email that accepted your application. In short: you buy packs of credits; one credit activates one device for twelve months, and activating the same device again a year later is its renewal. Credits never expire and are not refundable once bought. You activate your customers' devices yourself from your partner page, using the MAC address and device key shown in the app, and every activation is recorded against your account.
You are responsible for what you sell alongside the app. Smart Queen is a player: bundling it with, or presenting it as, a source of television channels is not permitted and ends the reseller account. We may suspend a reseller account at any time; devices already activated keep their licences until they run out.
Changed your device?
A licence follows the device it was activated on, not you personally — if your box breaks or you replace it, we move the licence to the new one rather than charging you again. Send us the old device's details and the new one's, using the contact details below or the request on your device page. A move is for a replacement, not for running the app on two devices in turn: we may decline repeated moves of the same licence.
Acceptable use
- Don't resell, redistribute, or share a licence or its device key — a licence is for the one device it's attached to.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what the law where you live allows regardless of this restriction.
- Don't use the app or its server in a way meant to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to either.
A device found doing any of the above can have its licence revoked and be banned from registering again, without a refund for time remaining.
The app is a player and nothing more. You are responsible for the playlist you load into it and for having the right to watch what it contains; we do not check, host, relay or endorse any content, and using the app to watch content you have no right to is entirely your own responsibility.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the app and this site running normally, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service — a licence check needs our server to be reachable, and like any server, it can occasionally be down. Plans, prices and features can change for future purchases; a plan you've already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind beyond what the law where you live requires regardless of this disclaimer. We have no involvement in, and no control or responsibility over, any playlist, stream, or content you or your provider supply to it — what you watch, and your right to watch it, is between you and whoever provides it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law where you live allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from using the app or this site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us for the licence in question.
Changes to these terms
If anything here changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app or buying through this site after a change means you accept the update — we'd encourage checking back occasionally if you'd like to stay current.
Governing law
These terms are meant to apply wherever in the world you use the app or buy through this site, and are interpreted under whatever consumer-protection and contract law your own country gives you that cannot be signed away — nothing here is meant to remove rights the law where you live guarantees you.

The short version
- The phone and tablet app is free, with adverts. It plays a playlist you already have — it does not include any TV channels, streams, or content of any kind.
- Subscribing inside the app removes the adverts. The subscription is bought, renewed and cancelled through Google Play, under Google Play's own terms.
- Refunds for the subscription follow Google Play's own refund policy.
- A licence bought on this website does not apply to the phone app, and the phone app cannot be paid for on this website.
- The app never contacts our server — there is no account, no device key and no licence check with us.

Free, with adverts
The app is free to use and is paid for by advertising, supplied by Google AdMob. Adverts appear only while you are browsing — beneath the film and series lists, and between sections. They never appear over a channel or a film you are watching. How advertising works, and how to refuse personalised adverts, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The subscription
A subscription bought inside the app removes the adverts. It is a Google Play purchase: Google Play's own terms govern that purchase, its renewal and its refunds, and it covers your Google account's devices under Google Play's rules. You manage or cancel it in Google Play. We never see or store your card details or any other payment information.
A licence bought on this website — Starter, Prime, Royal or Forever — is for the television apps and does not apply to this app, and this app cannot be paid for on this website.
Refunds
The subscription is bought through Google Play, so its refunds follow Google Play's own refund policy. If something's gone wrong, you can also email us and we'll look at it case by case.
No account, no licence check
The app never contacts our server. It does not register, does not check a licence with us and does not report that it is running, so there is no account, no device key and nothing for us to move if you change phone — your subscription follows your Google account under Google Play's rules.
